Do you recognize this mysterious programmer? You might know him as one of the hosts of our longtime bluegrass show, American Anecdotes! When this photo was taken, he had just joined the family of AA hosts, which at the time (circa 2008) was broadcasting every Thursday night from the third floor of the College Activities Building. Thank you, mystery host, for sticking with us throughout two moves, and continuing to bring independent bluegrass artists to the airwaves!
Lindsay Lou and the Flatbellys livened up our performance studio last month while on tour from Michigan, and they even recorded us a Happy Birthday jingle! Here’s their birthday song:

Michigan Bluegrass/Americana band Lindsay Lou and the Flatbellys will be joining Paul Peck on American Anecdotes, Thursday, February 7! Area residents can catch the band on their west coast tour, which includes stops in Bellingham, Seattle, Port Townsend, Tumwater, and Portland.
The show airs from 6 to 8 PM PST, with a live set and interview in the second hour.
